Online Shopping Details:Prices are all shown in NZ dollars. Wide Backs uses a secure site and your details are not shared with any other entity. Wide Backs will collect your contact details in order to add you to a mailing list. Any newsletters sent will include an 'opt out' option.
Return Policy: In the unlikely event if there is a fault with the fabric, product or incorrect goods have been supplied, please contact me via email to make arrangements for its return. A refund or exchange will be made when the goods are returned in their original condition. Postal or courier charges will be refunded.
If, for some other reason, you are not happy with your purchase please contact me via email ( susanmmccurdy@gmail.com) and I will endeavour to resolve your concerns. You will be covered under the NZ Consumer Protection Act.
Colour Fidelity: It cannot be guaranteed that the colour you see is identical to the actual fabric due to the variety in monitors.I do my best to achieve close results, but colours vary from computer to computer, and printer to printer. I you would like a sample before ordering, please contact me to make arrangements.
